Rowan County, Kentucky Court Clerk Kim Davis personally just brought back segregation, when she altered marriage licenses for gay people. What next will Court Clerk Kim Davis do? Will she make sure there is a restroom only for straight people and a different restroom for gay people?  Will gay people have to stand in the back of the line?  Etc.  First it’s marriage licenses.  What’s next?  Clerk Kim Davis won’t issue Default Judgments in favor of gay people.

Worse yet, there are presidential candidates siding with her and applauding her segregation mission.

Ask yourselves, how many people are currently incarcerated for violating court orders?  How many men are currently jailed for violating a court order to pay child support?  How many people, who are on probation, and accused of violating the conditions, are currently in jail/prison?  How many people, who have violated a restraining order, are currently incarcerated?

Yet, by comparison, Kim Davis knowingly and quickly violated a United States District Court Judge’s Order by interfering with and altering marriage licenses to gay couples, and she has not been re-incarcerated.  What type of message does this send?  Is it that because of her presidential candidates connection, that Kim Davis is above the law.
